Her father (Business Owner for 65+ years) - she learned the value of the relationship with customers and that you work whenever needed to ensure clients needs are met! What that means is extensive knowledge in all the paperwork and steps necessary for a successful and smooth transaction that protects you the client! This streamlines and simplifies the process for everyone involved.
Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015 at US Preferred Realty where she earned: Agent of the Month, Silver and Gold Circle Awards in Sales. In three years of learning and building her business - she assisted 40+ clients in the selling and buying of properties.
